An estate survey of the Richards family's lands, made by Richards and Morgan between 1777 and 1785, is held at Glamorgan Archives as DPE/E/1. Its catalogue entry records: 'Pages 47-50 are missing and of those only page 49 appears in the index under Llandough'. A map inset elsewhere in the same archive (DXGL/9-10/9) marks 'Jn. Richard's esq.'s lands at Llandough', so the survey once carried a Llandough page. When and how the pages left the volume is not recorded in the catalogue line. This is a third-party estate record from before 1824; whether the Richards lands at Llandough included any Cedwyn parcel is not known. Parcel not identified (page 49 itself would identify the Richards lands at Llandough).

Who should hold it: Glamorgan Archives (the volume, with pages 47-50 missing; date and cause of loss not known); any separated page or copy: not known

Date of the record: 1777-1785
