Claims that rely on this1983 First Registration: Parcel A Title Basis and Alleged HMLR Mistake, BP Properties Ltd and BP Pension Trust — Forensic Assessment, Court of Appeal — Forensic Assessment, HM Land Registry — Forensic Assessment

Proves: Not held, so nothing yet. Reported: court of Appeal records farmhouse and garden conveyed BP Pension Trust to BP Properties, May 1975. HMLR history shows title WA240304 registered on this conveyance.

Does not prove: Does not establish whether the plan covers only the farmhouse and garden or more land, nor whether item 13 is dated 23 February or 23 May 1975. No transcription or deed wording seen.

Relevance to the 29 October 2026 working theory. This intra-group conveyance transfers the farmhouse/garden plot from BP Pension Trust to BP Properties. Compare the operative extent and plan with the 1969 acquisition, the 1962 order, the 1974 licence letters and the WA240304 application. The fact of transfer alone proves neither a defective root of title nor concealment; any claimed mismatch must be located on the instruments and plans. Read the theory and tests.
