Claims that rely on this17 October 2026 Highlight Report Addendum — County Treasures & Cross-Institution, Three Parts of Parcel A — Divergent Chronologies before 1987 Amalgamation, Three-part Parcel A: chronology, order scope and later title transfers, Vale of Glamorgan Council — Forensic Assessment

Related (19 Oct 2026): the Commons Registration (Glamorgan) Act 1983 covers the register of common land only and does not mention village greens, so it did not validate or redraw VG41 (EV-0232).

Proves: Not held, so nothing yet. Reported: village green VG41 was registered on 16 June 1970; The Vale’s registers, compiled 1967–70, record claims to ownership.

Does not prove: Does not establish who claimed ownership, evidence or objections, exact area/map, any Commissioner decision, or vesting; Register entry alone doesn’t prove fee-simple ownership.

Relevance to the 29 October 2026 working theory. VG41 is a potentially independent boundary/provenance checkpoint for Parcel C, created after the 1955 taking and outside the BP registration process. The applicant, mapped polygon, ownership section, notices and objections should be compared with the 1955 execution materials and the reported 1958/1959 events. Registration as village green does not automatically establish fee-simple ownership or prove an earlier taking was unlawful. Read the theory and tests.
