Proves: Not held, so nothing yet. Reported: woodland register recites a deed dated 29 March 1961 between WGR, South Western Brick & Tile and Cardiff City affecting land now in the woodland title; Not a Buckler-family sale.

Does not prove: Does not establish the exact land or plan, whether it touches the north forest or the 1955 south-east green, what WGR claimed to own, or the deed’s operative effect or coordination with 1949/1955 events.

Relevance to the 29 October 2026 working theory. The 1961 deed is currently known from a recital on woodland title WA735527; the operative deed and plan still need to be obtained and mapped. It may show a disposal of land or specific rights by WGR, South Western Brick & Tile and Cardiff City, but the recital alone cannot settle which parcel was affected, whether freehold or rights passed, or whether the 1955 process exceeded its scope. Read the theory and tests.
