EV-0023 — DBDT123/7 — 1939 agreement, Western Ground Rents to John Williams, with plan

Proves: Plan shows Parcel B only, highlighted. Typed terms visible: monthly; 8s; meadow or pasture; John Williams / WGR.

Does not prove: Page 1 is not held, so the full parties, date and land description are not seen.

Relevance to the 29 October 2026 working theory. This is the key 1939 instrument/plan for testing tenancy extent and the reported signature mismatch. The plan may show which land the tenancy covered; it does not authenticate the signature or convey the house parcel. Compare the original and all counterparts with independently authenticated John Williams exemplars, and establish provenance, witnesses and how the document was later relied upon. Read the theory and tests.
