Claims that rely on thisGreat House Farm: Case Overview and Key Records, Institutional Involvement Roadmap — Chronology of Actors, Decisions and Evidence

Proves: Not held, so nothing yet. Reported: shows only related material: Mary (Nancy) Williams’s recollection that last rent was paid to Alfred Thomas in 1928 when quarry machinery left, plus a 1983 diary mention of Daniel Thomas receipts.

Does not prove: Does not establish the receipt’s survival, date, payee, amount, land description, whether house-plot or quarry rent, or exact end of quarrying; Wording/legal effect must not be inferred.

Relevance to the 29 October 2026 working theory. The receipt itself is not held; the page records the family recollection that house-parcel rent ended when quarry machinery left in 1928, plus the separate diary reference to Daniel Thomas receipts. This is a priority chronology lead for the 1877/1928 theory, but it does not prove the receipt's wording, payment purpose, a transfer of title, or when any limitation period began. Compare E120 and the original 1877 instrument. Read the theory and tests.
