Photographs of the house held in the wayback image archive (Great House Farm Part 1–3 sets). 293 photographs were examined (Part 1: 133, Part 2: 123, Part 3: 37). Photographs in which people are the main subject are not catalogued.
Each photograph was examined by eye. Each distinct piece of furniture gets one entry. Two sightings are merged only where the room, the setting and the piece itself agree; the reason is stated for every merged sighting. Period and style are judgements from the photographs and are marked not checked.
