Use this form to apply for a licence to use the Family's materials or story, to register an item from Tŷ Mawr that you hold, or to contact us about a correction, privacy or accessibility. Enquiries go to the Family's rights team. Personal contact details are not published.

Your details and enquiry are kept to answer you (your phone number only to call you back, if you ask) for up to 2 years after the matter closes; a copy goes to our AI assistant, which helps with replies and call-backs. To have them deleted, choose “Privacy” above or email [email protected].

Controller: DATRO CONSORTIUM LIMITED (company 13775817). We use your name, organisation, email and message only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a licence or an item. Lawful basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering and keeping a record (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(b) and (f)). Your enquiry is stored in our Cloudflare database and forwarded to the Family's mailbox; we keep only a one-way hash of your IP address, to stop abuse. We keep enquiries for 2 years after the matter closes. You can ask for access, correction or erasure at any time. Full details and how to complain to the ICO: privacy policy.
