# Standing orders

These bind every agent, every cycle. When two orders conflict, the newer one wins; record the conflict in LESSONS.md.

## Public text
1. Never name the project lead. Present material as cited historic record, not as anyone's personal account.
2. Banned public words: the list is stored encoded so this page stays clean. Decode it once and load it into your scanner:
   `python3 -c "import base64,json;print(json.loads(base64.b64decode('WyJzYXlzIiwgImNsYWltcyIsICJhY2NvcmRpbmcgdG8iLCAiaGVhcnNheSIsICJ1bnZlcmlmaWVkIiwgImFsbGVnZWQiLCAiZnJhdWQiLCAic3RvbGVuIl0=')))"`
Where a fact is not checked, write "not checked".
3. No family insignia or emblem designs. Nothing about the family's present holdings or addresses. No outbound links from Cedwyn.
4. No accusations against named private people. Public bodies are assessed on their records.
5. No hedging or disclaimer lines that downplay family evidence; unbacked points go in the small italic style instead.
6. Prices come from the store's data; never hard-code a price in copy. Any price or fact change triggers a sweep of everything scheduled or queued.
7. Photos taken on archive visits under a private-photography undertaking are never published. Personal social channels of family members are never linked or embedded.

7a. Text blocks show a title and two or three lines on load, then "Read more", which reveals one more paragraph at a time, with a new "Read more" at the end of each revealed paragraph, and "Less" to collapse back. The full text stays in the page for search engines and agents; without scripts everything shows. Never a heading followed by a bare "Read more" fold. Landing pages carry minimal text: titles, a few lines, then images, graphs, animations, infographics and video. A page with several prose blocks merges them into one segment.
7b. Pages never explain themselves to human readers; how the site works lives in the docs library and in machine-facing files. Front ends carry layout only; words and data come from the database, and the whole database is exportable.
7c. Public provenance names the source only: holder or archive, reference, date. Never who found, read or catalogued a record; no internal cycle or finding numbers. Change logs credit "Cedwyn editors".
7d. A new section is a new branch with its own data, registered in the site's section list by one site-wide pull request.
7e. Every e-book, digital art edition and documentary cut carries a whole-release semantic version, and one versions file on the site (/_cedwyn/versions.json) is the single source of truth for every version label. The newest release is v0.0.2, the paid edition (its price comes from the store's data, order 6); the one before it is v0.0.1, the free edition; older releases count back by creation date as -v0.0.2, -v0.0.3 and so on (the series starts at -v0.0.2; there is no -v0.0.1) (the minus goes before the v), all free. This applies site-wide, documentary scenes included. Each version is its own hashtag chip with no name in it (#v0.0.2, #v0.0.1, and for older releases #_v0.0.2, #_v0.0.3, where the underscore stands in for the minus): never a range chip, and version hashtags never go into social posts (30 Oct 2026). The version picker opens on the latest release, with a link to the free edition beneath it. Art editions show a disabled "Coming soon" in place of a buy button until sales open. Superseded in part on 1 Nov 2026 by order 47 (version ladder and version picker).
7f. Generated or edited media (art editions, quote cards, film stills and sets) use as sources only images confirmed as the farm, or catalogued records of it (maps, plans, documents). Images withdrawn as not of the farm never serve as sources anywhere.
7g. Every attachment on an institution's reply becomes an evidence record with its own page at /research/artifacts/<catalogue-id>/: a preview first (personal data boxed out), then three segments: Transcript, Artifact description, Our integration. Logos, letterheads and email signature images are not artefacts. Material from personal-data requests is read but held privately.
7h. Visitor and destination pages (tours, places) lead with history, heritage, family, landscape and what a visitor sees and does. The legal dispute is one short point among many there: a line or two and a link to the research section, never the headline and never longer than the other points.
7i. Tour stops label what stands today as Real and what is reconstructed as Augmented (AR), with a small badge per stop. Anything that physically stands is never shown as a hologram or virtual.
7j. The site publishes its own corrections. When something we published proves wrong, it is corrected on every page, file and image where it appears (the image first), logged as a dated entry in the public register of disproven theories and corrections (what we stated, where and when, what the record shows with its source, when corrected), and raised as a change request in the project records. Outreach that carried the error gets a short correction draft for the project lead's sign-off.
7k. No outbound links and no "leaving the site" interstitials: every outside reference points to the site's own snapshot page at /wayback/<slug>/ (single project-relevant pages only, never whole sites; links inside a snapshot removed unless they lead to another snapshot). Beneath each snapshot, the archive capture reference and the original address appear as the only exception.
7l. Facts on Cedwyn link to catalogued evidence pages, not inline citations. State the fact plainly and link the EV catalogue page(s); the bibliographic detail (title, publisher, year, page) lives on the catalogue page itself. Every evidence item referenced must exist as a catalogue page; if one is missing, catalogue it first (30 Oct 2026).
7m. The documentary: versions follow 7e, shown as hashtag chips under each scene with the free version selected by default. One page-wide card-size control (small, medium, large, remembered per device) sets every scene card at once, before browsing. No dubbing: each language (Welsh, English, Spanish) is its own separately performed video; older dubbed cuts stay as older versions. The voice matches the on-screen speaker's gender in every language track, and a new period brings a new cast and new voices. Every shot is motion video, never stills or photo slides. Audio defaults to Welsh on every door, with subtitles defaulting to the site's selected language. Cast changes with the period: a character appears only within their own lifetime. No fourth wall: characters live in their own period, know nothing of later buildings, records or the wider story, and speak only to each other, themselves or animals, never to camera. Only our own reconstructions are animated; archive scans are never animated or otherwise altered and appear unchanged in the scene's evidence list (updated 30 Oct 2026).
7n. The research archive stays open: the evidence catalogue, chronology, missing-records register and snapshots are never put behind a paywall or a login (30 Oct 2026).
7o. Public voice is neutral, third person and encyclopaedic. Public pages never address the project lead or the reader as the owner of an idea ("your theory", "you asked"), and never carry agent instructions, to-dos, internal notes or ids; state the fact or the open question ("The working theory also places…", "Open question: whether…"). First-hand statements are attributed as "testimony (date)"; never as a collective "account" or "family testimony", and a collective noun is never written in place of a named person (1 Nov 2026). Quoted third-party mail keeps its own words. A guard on the site build scans the visible text of every human page for these phrases (30 Oct 2026).
7p. Family wording: the Williams/Buckler family at Great House Farm is never described as "tenant farmers", and the land is never described as tenanted as if that were settled. Estate-side paperwork, such as a 1916 tenancy, is described as "a Bute estate tenancy document": the estate's paper, and exactly what is contested. Living family witnesses who were present through the events give first-hand testimony, never a "caption", "tradition" or "family story"; private witnesses are not named in public text. The family's tree-planting photograph is a family heirloom recording the family's native custom of planting to mark their own land; its caption is the family's own record, never "a library caption" (30 Oct 2026).
7q. Human text pages are minimal cards: a header, a four-line paragraph and "Read more". Read more enters a deeper level of up to four child cards with a doorway zoom (the level being left scales up and away); Back, browser back and Esc reverse it. Page scrolling stays on. Where this conflicts with 7a, the card levels win (30 Oct 2026).
7r. Menu tiles: Wales tiles are wireframe-hologram renders of building photographs from the site's own archive; Argentina tiles are digitally restored farm photographs from the archive. Decorative digital-art paintings stay on the art pages, with one exception: share cards use them (30 Oct 2026).
7s. Data architecture: one central catalogue (evidence, artefacts, places, people and bodies, events, leads, missing records) is the master record. Each webapp (site area) derives its own small view database from it by a written selection rule, and its pages render from that view as near-A2UI component JSON through one shared renderer that reuses the existing styles, so the design and experience stay as they are. No records are hard-coded in pages. Webapps migrate one at a time, each with an on/off switch for rollback, and the plan, work packages and measurable tasks are written in the project records before development starts (30 Oct 2026).

## Outward actions
8. Agents draft; the project lead sends. No agent sends email.
9. Information-request drafts live first as HubSpot tasks and go through the hive (see HARNESS/hive.md). Only after the exact-version gate passes may one in-thread Gmail draft be created, by the dealer seat only.
10. Outreach goes to companies and institutions only — never to private individuals — and respects the do-not-contact list.
11. Press, prices, new public channels and new email journeys are proposals for the project lead's GO.
12. Zero spend: no ads, no bought followers or views, no paid tools.
13. Before any draft: search sent and draft mail for the same body and question; never re-ask what is pending; never commit to anything on the project lead's behalf.

## Working
14. Triple-check anything that touches the outside world (HARNESS/publish-gate.md).
15. Long work goes to a worker; the conversation is never held by a job.
16. One worker per job; check what is running before spawning.
17. One relay per worker report; never repeat news already given.
18. Bring the project lead only what truly needs him: a sale, a real milestone, a decision or login only he can give. Problems, blockers and open questions never go to the project lead: they go into the problems queue, where a flywheel loops on each one (hypothesis, smallest test, keep or discard); only a problem still unsolved after six hours of looping is raised, as unsolvable.
19. Every time in a brief or log names its zone (UTC, GMT or BST).
20. Each Cedwyn section lives on its own branch; main changes only for site-wide work. The old datro repository and the WordPress wiki are frozen: redirects only. All Cedwyn work, the hive included, lives in the Cedwyn repository (29 Oct 2026).
21. Never sit idle waiting for the project lead. Blocked work stays open as a HubSpot task naming what blocks it and what only the project lead can supply; then move on (HARNESS/hive.md, No idle).
22. Questions agents would have put to the project lead are decided by the agents themselves, from the standing orders and the evidence, with the reasoning recorded where the decision is made (29 Oct 2026).
23. The property is named "Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr / Cydfin Farm" in every new draft and on the names register. Cydfin Farm is a name of the farm; it is not Cwm Cydfin, the woodland Site of Special Scientific Interest. Existing drafts take the third name at their next edit, with the smallest change and a signed changelog line.
24. Every finding, record, draft, edit and task names the specific land parcel(s) it concerns (1841 tithe number, OS field number, title number, deed schedule item) or states plainly "parcel not identified" and what would identify it. The historic parcel list is MEMORY/parcels.json. Never "the farm" or "the land" unqualified when a parcel matters (29 Oct 2026).
25. Published newspapers and books are independent published sources in their own right. Never present them as stories that began with the family, or ask whether the family was their source; weigh them on their dates and content (29 Oct 2026).
26. Long production work keeps its working assets (scripts, prompts, plans, sets, voices and a resume guide) in the Cedwyn repository and links them from its task, so any agent can resume it (30 Oct 2026).
27. Llandough Farm is a separate farm (the Rees family's), never Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr / Cydfin Farm or any of their name variants. It is never listed as a name of the farm, filed with the farm's records or presented beside them as the same place; it belongs in Kissed Frogs, the section for places and records that looked like the farm but are not. Other same-name farms elsewhere (another Great House Farm, another Tŷ Mawr) go there too once their location is checked (30 Oct 2026).
28. Scope: the project is Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr / Cydfin Farm, its history and case, and the Cedwyn site. Unrelated mail and material (banks, retailers, newsletters, other companies, personal correspondence) is never ingested, archived, drafted from or published; a scope filter runs on every mail read. Out-of-scope material found already in the records is listed for the project lead's approval before any removal (30 Oct 2026).

29. Two Llandoughs: the farm's parish is Llandough near Penarth (Llandochau Fach in Welsh; St Dochdwy's church, the Cogan and Leckwith side, Dinas Powys hundred). A same-named village elsewhere in Glamorgan is a separate place, and most county-journal and charter-collection entries headed "Llandough" or "Landoch" need checking before use. Read a source's first page or its bounds before citing it; cite it for the parish only when it places itself there (for example, Clark's Cartae no. DCLXVI, pp. 726–727, is bounded by the great road from Cogan to Cardiff). A source that places itself in the other village is never cited for the parish; see standing order 39 (30 Oct 2026).
30. Evidence base and quotation: research works from evidence already on the public record. When a judgment, statement or document is cited, give its exact words with the reference, and label any inference as inference, separately from the quotation. Never presume that a party accepted an offer, signed or agreed to anything without a record that shows it (30 Oct 2026).
31. Records framing: an entry describes which party should hold a record and what that party has disclosed (disclosed, partly disclosed, none found). It never states what any private person or family holds (31 Oct 2026).
32. Design: version pickers everywhere (e-books, documentary, downloads) are dropdowns labelled "Select a version"; nothing sits between a shop page's header and its book shelf, and extra item information goes behind an ⓘ button beside each title (30 Oct 2026).
33. Documentary: every scene is rendered separately for each audio language (Welsh, English, Spanish), each talking shot lip-synced to that language's own audio, never one picture with swapped soundtracks (30 Oct 2026).
34. From 31 Oct 2026 a new webapp lives at a path on the main site (for example the chronology calendar at /calendar/), not on a new subdomain; webapps already on their own subdomain stay where they are. On the calendar, dates of records that should exist but are not held are shown in bright pink, and Llandough Farm entries stay out of it, with a note on the name confusion (31 Oct 2026).
35. Sources: everything the project holds is on the live site. When testing a working theory, work from what the site already carries and do not ask the project lead for further sources; if more exists, it is added to the site first (31 Oct 2026).
36. Scope: the work covers this site and its own webapps only; other domains of the project are out of scope and are not worked on or raised (31 Oct 2026).
37. Hosting: new work leans on the repository (files, releases, content ids) rather than the hosting platform's worker, key-value and database quotas, which run close to their daily limits; the documentary's shots live as documented packages in a separate public film-studio repository so that any agent on any computer can advance them one unit at a time (31 Oct 2026).
38. Book-findings register: rows go to the main register by pull request, and the whole file must pass the repository's agent lint first; cells we write use records, notes, states or gives and write "not checked" where something is not yet checked; verbatim passages stay exactly as printed inside quotation marks (31 Oct 2026).

## Quarantined leads live in Kissed Frogs (31 Oct 2026, refined 1 Nov 2026)
39. A same-named village elsewhere in Glamorgan is a separate place, not the farm's parish. It, its own farm of a similar name, its sales and its families are a quarantined lead: their content lives only in Kissed Frogs (/kissed-frogs/), and any other page carries at most one link there. Gap-finders and research loops do not open, queue or chase such leads; a hit that turns out to concern that place is filed with the quarantined lead, not logged as a gap (31 Oct 2026). Kissed Frogs is a quarantine, not a dismissal: a record there may yet prove to be a mislabelled record of the farm until the physical records are checked, so entries are worded "quarantined, under scrutiny", never "not ours" or "closed" (1 Nov 2026).
40. Name variants: "Tymawr" (one word) is a confirmed form of Tŷ Mawr / Ty Mawr / Great House Farm (Glamorgan Archives CVG/EC/3/1/3/13, c. 1975, "Tymawr Farm, Llandough"). Include it in every name-variant list, search and nomenclature table alongside Tŷ Mawr, Ty Mawr, Great House Farm and Cydfin Farm (31 Oct 2026).
41. New research leads are written up on the right page of the site and also get a research task on the task board, so the next agent can pick them up (31 Oct 2026).
42. The correspondence dartboard shows substantive replies only (a body that accepts, refuses, answers or provides information). Auto-acknowledgements, receipts, out-of-office notes, ticket-only mails and bounces stay in the mail record, marked auto, and are never shown (31 Oct 2026).
43. Act, do not ask: agents decide loose ends from the standing orders and the evidence and act, recording the reasoning; they do not put decision offers or open questions to the project lead. Outward steps that cannot be taken back still follow their own rules (1 Nov 2026).
44. Releases: every change to a branch or webapp of the repository ships as a GitHub release with a new semantic version tag, cut at the commit that is actually live; queued or unbuilt commits are listed as the next release, never tagged as released (1 Nov 2026).
45. Documentary chronology: the film is a complete, gap-free chronology, one dated moment per scene; no period is skipped, merged or shortened, and no scene shows anything from a later period. A chronology gate must pass before any paid render and before any door opens (31 Oct 2026).
46. The Patagonia project is a planned exact replica of Great House Farm; nothing is built there yet. Its working pages (geometry and scale, a virtual reconstruction, measured drawings and floor plans) live under /projects/replica/ and say "planned" (31 Oct 2026).

## Webapps are parcels: "NN of 59" (31 Oct 2026)
- Every webapp is one of the estate's 59 land parcels. Its header carries "NN of 59" as a link that opens the shared parcel modal (`web/_cedwyn/parcel-modal.js` on main, served at `/_cedwyn/parcel-modal.js`; markup `<a class="cw-parcel-link" href="/parcels/" data-parcel-slot="NN" data-parcel-of="59" data-parcel-src="_db/view.json">NN of 59</a>`).
- NN is the webapp's `serendipity_slot` in the registry `data/site-areas.json` (`parcel_total` 59); `/areas.json` publishes each area's `slot` and `of` so any webapp can read it. Slots 1-36 are the original page areas; a new webapp takes the next free slot. Until the c.1841 tithe schedule (EV-0215) is checked row by row, NN is an editorial index, never a tithe plot number.
- Each webapp's secondary duty is to gather everything about its parcel (names, grid references, tithe and title evidence, replica rows) into its view's `copy.parcel` block; the modal shows that block.
- That Old Chestnut (`/that-old-chestnut/`, 38 of 59) is the display of the FOI/EIR evasion audit: replies to information requests read for refusal-setup wording and for "not held" answers that later became records found, each with the statute the wording points at. Its records are kind `foi_finding` (ids `TOC-NNN`) in the central catalogue, written by the sync tool on its branch; it shows "audit in progress" until the audit has rows, never invented ones.
- Slots taken after the original 36 (1 Nov 2026): 37 the task-board webapp, 38 That Old Chestnut, 39 Forensic assessments (one page per institution, refreshed with all correspondence since the last publish; old research and wiki addresses keep a link to the new home), 40 Mr Wolf ("What's the time, Mr Wolf?": a leaderboard of the grounds for reopening the 1987 judgment, each scored out of 200 from the reopen loop's limb scores, where 100 means the legal threshold is met; public text writes "dishonesty or concealment").
- Still open: the canonical list of all 59 parcels, and the site-wide header label (basecamp reads `/areas.json` and shows "N of <area count>"; switching it to "of 59" is a one-line change once the list is fixed).

## Scopes: Wales / Argentina / Online (1 Nov 2026)
- Every webapp is read in one of three scopes, like the language: the address decides (`/wales/...` = wales, `/argentina/...` = argentina, anything else = online); `?scope=` switches; the explicit choice is kept in `ghf_loc` (localStorage + cookie). The visible label for the third scope is "Online" (cy "Ar-lein", es "En línea"); "Cyberspace" is retired as a label (paths and the `cyberspace` key stay).
- Tag content with `data-scope="wales|argentina|online|all"` (untagged = all). Wales = on-the-ground visits (the Llandough guided tour); argentina = the planned replica in Patagonia (always "planned", no money or booking words); online = online-only (games, library, photos). Shared records and research stay untagged.
- The shared helper `/_cedwyn/scope.js` (repo `web/_cedwyn/scope.js`, loaded by ghf-boot) hides out-of-scope blocks and puts one neutral cross-link line in their place; `/_cedwyn/scope-map.json` tags whole webapps (`home`) and blocks (selector + text) without editing mirrored pages. Never hide a block without its cross-link line. Full convention: `docs/SCOPES.md` on main.

## Versions and the documentary (1 Nov 2026)
47. Version ladder: where an item has semantic versions (documentary cut, e-book, course, art edition), the latest version is the paid one and each earlier version costs one standard step less than the version after it, never below zero; v0.0.1 is always free. Prices still come from the store's data (order 6). The version picker is one bare dropdown whose placeholder option reads "Select a version", with no label above it and no helper text beneath it; an (i) icon beside it opens a table of the changelog for each version. On load the media slot shows the item's own poster; only a play tap with no version chosen shows a collection image with a "Select a version" overlay and a down arrow. Version labels replace "free preview" and "full edition" wording wherever versions exist. A version-standard flywheel audits every webapp for drift from this rule and fixes small slips.
48. Documentary gaps: a gap of more than about 150 years between doors is flagged by the chronology gate. In-between scenes are numbered from their neighbours (0, 0a, 0b, 1a, 1b, 2a ...) and show only what is recorded for the estate's own ground, with catalogue ids; no generic regional filler. A period with no estate record becomes a "documented silence" card plus a research task. Every door carries an estate map inset highlighting the parcel or parcels of its event, at an honest tolerance (1 Nov 2026).
49. Documentary files: every scene is offered as twelve video files, three native-language performances (cy, en, es) times four subtitle states (none, cy, en, es); subtitles are burned in at build time, not generated again. The player swaps file when the viewer changes audio or subtitles and resumes at the same moment; a download is the selected file with its subtitles burned in (1 Nov 2026).

## Research purpose (1 Nov 2026)
50. Purpose of the research: reconstruct what most likely happened. Working theories are numbered and tested against the record, never asserted; each carries what supports it and what cuts against it, and public pages present it as a working theory, never as a finding (1 Nov 2026).

## The whole account (1 Nov 2026)
51. The site is the full chronological account of the land, dated and sourced, and the better record. It is never written as a response to one party's case or to a court's framing; a court's or tribunal's wording is shown as that body's view. What the records establish (for example land recorded under separate registrations and a later merger) is stated as recorded, never called a theory, hypothesis or model; working theories (order 50) are only for what the records leave open. Loose descriptions in the records, such as a whole-property label that no plan defines, are shown plainly as written.
52. "Projects" means the site's /projects/ area and its branch. Plan lines live there, never in a CRM's deals or project features.

## The documentary tells the moment (1 Nov 2026)
53. Each scene shows what was there, or what happened, at that place in that phase, as best we know it. It never shows the evidence, its discovery, an excavation, an archive, a records office or a modern researcher. A scene built from a dig shows the people and the place of the period itself.
54. The evidence for a scene is one internal link under that scene's door, never inside the scene, its title, logline, description or captions. Descriptions say who is there and what happens, in the present of that moment.
55. Storytelling only: no psychoanalysing, no showing policy or bureaucracy, no archive-room or narrator framing. The film opens at c. 200 BC (late Iron Age); nothing is placed earlier unless a dated record of the land itself is found. Strict date order is enforced by the chronology gate, which must pass before any render or door change.

## Images by surface (1 Nov 2026)
56. Art-edition images (the Garden Gallery) are for online-only surfaces: documentary promotion, the arcade, the 3D map, share cards and the newsletter. The Argentina project uses the plain images without flowers, or pencil-sketch and architectural-drawing versions, never the flowered art.
57. An original survey photograph from a public body stays in the evidence catalogue as the record. Elsewhere on the site the enhanced white-walls version is used, captioned as an artist's impression made from that photograph.
58. The garden showcase (/garden/) and the Garden Store (/garden-store/, webapp 46 of 59) are the only pages that may send buyers out, to the partner garden's own product pages and checkout; the site never takes payment for the flowers, and every other page keeps the no-outbound-links rule (amended 2 Nov 2026).

## The webapp standard (2 Nov 2026)
59. Purged chrome: no cross-promotion on the webapps. Never add or restore the e-book strip, a home e-book button, the header graph promo, the section ribbon chips (vouchers, e-books, Argentina, coming-soon teasers), the "Outside records" popup, or any similar strip or chip row. The one site-wide promotion is the Garden banner in the header strip; routes to /ebooks/ belong in the menu, the footer and the /ebooks/ page itself. This overrides every earlier rule that put a promo strip on every page.
60. The Garden banner carries no moving or scrolling text and no prices, and opens the site's own Garden Store. Its background is one Garden Gallery image under a dark overlay, except in the Argentina scope, where a plain flower photograph is used and order 56 applies. The partner's brand words are never used as the store's own name.
61. Every new webapp ships, without being asked: its own branch (section/<name>) and a serverless deploy; its own webapp-specific database (normally reading the master evidence catalogue; a data app parses its own source); the standard header and menu with its "NN of 59" slot (take a free slot and check it is not already taken); WebMCP tools so agents can read the data and talk to it; the footer agent guest book, collapsed by default on every webapp and page; no cross-promo strips (order 59); graphs rather than prose where the app shows data.
62. Webapps live on paths of the main site, never on new subdomains. Every webapp is served at bucklerfamily.estate/<name>/ by one registry-driven router that reads /areas.json, so a new webapp needs no address route of its own; give out the bucklerfamily.estate/<name>/ address. Where the site's free database count is used up, a new webapp database is a small SQLite store attached to the app's own worker; where the free scheduled triggers are used up, a periodic job uses that store's own alarm.
63. How to make any webapp change: change it on the webapp's own branch, bump the semantic version, add a changelog row (the table the (i) icon opens), cut a GitHub release tagged <name>-vX.Y.Z (order 44), then confirm the live deploy with a cache-busted fetch at 390 px before giving anyone the address; share the release link beside the verified live address. Shared assets that change get a new file name, because the edge can keep serving the old copy.
64. Disclosures: wherever a page shows a disclosure, mark it with a large 😮 emoji and bold text highlighted in a vibrant colour.
65. Traffic classes keep fixed colours on every graph that shows traffic, with a legend: humans #228833, bots and crawlers #D55E00, automation #AA3377, the project's own tools #4477AA, not classified #B9C2CB.
66. Spill (/spill/): when an agent is told to spill per bucklerfamily.estate/spill/, it submits facts only, in scope (the Williams family, Tŷ Mawr / Great House Farm and its name variants, the Cedwyn estate, the 1987 case), drawn from its own conversation with the project lead since its previous spill (or from all time on a first spill), and only items the evidence catalogue does not already hold. Each submitted item is checked against its source, then enters the master catalogue first and the dependent webapps are re-released with a version and changelog row. Database content only: e-books and prose pages are not rewritten.
